Once a week, our school gathers for 'Flocktime'—a dedicated hui where we explicitly teach the character traits needed to succeed. Through our PB4L framework, we recognise and reward ākonga who embody these values in the classroom and on the playground. Our Year 7 & 8 leaders act as the 'lead birds' of our flock, guiding their younger peers and modeling the excellence we strive for in everything we do."
